SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Please kindly understand that some order can’t be delivered on time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. However, if there is any problem regarding to this issue, we will be glad to help you.
Please kindly understand that your orders are shipped by other courier service. Therefore, it is possible that some delay or shipping problems might happen out of our control. If this case happens, we will be glad to help you until you receive your order.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Cloth Inc are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We do not responsible for any loss due to incomplete or wrong address made by purchaser or problem on recipient on the destination address stated by purchaser.
For domestic shipping, we use JNE service, which you can choose the types of service according to your needs. It takes about 1-2 working days to ship around Jakarta and 2-5 working days to other cities in Indonesia. You can find the rates in www.jne.co.id• We do not guarantee all goods will be received on regular time, since there might be some problems happened such as the address cannot be found or there are no receiver on the destination address at the time goods are arrived), but we will make sure all goods will be arrive to your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact us.
• Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delay caused by courier service.
• Your order will only be processed according to our shipping schedule displayed below.
• We do not ship on Sunday and public holiday
• Please allow 2 days to ship your order after payment confirmation. We take one day for payment checking and we will ship your order after payment checking is complete on the next day.(Please see our shipping schedules stated on our next paragraph).
• We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer. Please note that we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
• You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
We aim to deliver all domestic and international standard orders in the timescales shown in the below table.

OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times: 1-5 working days after shipment, depend on services type. Delay might occur during public holidays.
Please note that the choice of courier's shipment service will not change our shipping schedule, meaning that if you choose the one-day service for shipping, it will only process a faster shipment from the courier service but does not reduce our time to process your shipment according to the schedule shown in the table above.
Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates. International rates are upon request. Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page. International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We accept return and exchanges due to some reasons of: manufacturing defect, wrong items shipped, size exchanges, and also dissatisfaction or if the items do not suits you well.
For dissatisfaction reason, we will refund your order in a form of shopping voucher that worth the amount as you purchased for the dissatisfied product. The voucher will be valid for use 3 (three) months after you receive the voucher code. The voucher will be valid for one time usage only, which means value left for redeeming item with price under the voucher value cannot be stored on the voucher code to be used on next purchase.
All sale items are non refundable or exchangeable except for manufacturing faults or defected items. We only accept returns or exchanges within 5x24 hours after your receive your goods. You can only submit your return request once for each order ID. So once your receive your exchange, you cannot request an exchange for the same order item and order ID again.
Since we are an online-based store, we hope you understand that lighting, your computer monitor’s resolution and brightness setting might affect the colors. There might be 1-5% color difference from the actual product and the photo you see in the collection catalogue/lookbook.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW?BRAND collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for a service offered by BRAND. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order.
Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
BRAND may use and repost pictures on all social media that use ‘#iwearclothinc’. By using this hashtag, you are consenting that we can collect and use it for marketing content purposes.
Users of BRAND will only have their name and email address processed in order to provide the service and respond to any complaints or otherwise where required by law on in connection with any legal proceedings or dispute.
